Head of global Process Engineering Electronics (m/f/d)

TASKS:

* Positioning ZKW Process Engineering as "Best in Class" in regards of competencies, functional and global footprint, tools and methods
* Ensuring efficient and effective serial production on all electronic processes globally at ZKW and its supplier pool
* Develop a long-term vision for and with your team and set-up a short-/mid-term roadmap and electronics production footprint strategy
* Providing function resources based on the strategic demand (customer projcts, internal projects and others) right time, right place and at right maturity level, using internal and external sources as appropriate
* Operational responsibility for the Local Manager of process Engineering electronics with focus to develop the function to guarantee unified delivery quality on global basis (Time, Quality, Cost)
* Providing problem solving and escalation level within the international Manufacturing and Process engineering network as well as guidance to electronic key suppliers
* Monitoring and optimizing overall functional and global footprint, strengthening global problem-solving capabilities and global focus

QUALIFICATIONS:

* University education or HTL with focus on operations or proven track record on production or industrial engineering
* Relevant experience in Automotive Tier-1 supplier business
* Experience with investment and customer projects
* Proven track record of several years of international leadership experience
* Intercultural experience and empathic, trustworthy and reliable personality with focus on people and competencies
* Rich experience and knowledge of electronic production technologies, DFM and lean methods
* Fluent English communication

* For this position we offer a minimum salary of EUR 4.805,08 gross/month (according to collevtive agreement). The actual salary depends of course on professional experience and qualifications
