Do you want to support our team in Vienna by optimizing and placing online advertising campaigns on our RBMH websites, while contributing to the continuous development of our ad tech stack?

In this exciting and challenging position, you will support our Media Sales & Partnerships team in the optimal setting, placement and optimisation of our customers' online advertising campaigns on our RBMH websites (such as servus.com, servustv.com, bergwelten.com and many more) and contribute to the continuous development of the ad tech stack. We are looking for reinforcement for our Digital Competence Centre inside the Media Sales & Partnerships team in Vienna, with a focus on trafficking ad campaigns on our websites & apps.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Advertising Campaigns

Manage the implementation of advertising campaigns via the Ad Server (not Google Ads) on our RBMH websites (such as servus.com, servustv.com, bergwelten.com, and many more). This includes inventory analysis, booking, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and handling of advertising media.

Server Management

Take a lead role in managing and optimizing our server infrastructure to ensure seamless ad delivery and performance. Implement server-side solutions to enhance ad campaign efficiency and reliability.

Ad-Tech Development

Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of our Ad-Tech stack. Implement innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Maintain relationships with our technical service providers.

Collaboration

Support the Lead Ad Operation Manager in daily tasks and projects. Engage actively in collaborative efforts with agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive campaign success and innovation.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

* Several years of Experience in implementing and managing advertising campaigns (inventory analysis, booking, monitoring, optimization, reporting) on websites; ideally already using Google Ad Manager, experience with any other ad server system is a must
* proven experience in managing and optimizing server infrastructures for ad delivery (performance, scalability, server-side solutions)
* Knowledge and experience in developing and optimizing Ad-Tech stacks (innovative solutions, performance improvement, efficiency enhancement)
* Experience in supporting team leaders and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (campaign success, innovation, teamwork), agencies and clients.
* Technical skills and knowledge in programming languages, data analysis, project management, and digital marketing (flexibility, problem-solving abilities, accuracy)

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that the minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement is EUR 2.229,- gross per month. However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries and are therefore significantly higher than the stated minimum salary.
