NICApur Micronutrition GmbH is a leading company in the field of micronutrients and dietary supplements. To complement our team, we are now looking for a committed, motivated and enthuasiastic person whose goal it is to ensure and optimize the financial health and performance of NICApur(R).

Core Mission:

Lead finance department and take part in achieving the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

* Daily, weekly and monthly sales estimates and reporting.
* Local monthly and quarterly accounting closing and reporting in compliance with accounting standards and HQ guidelines.
* Setting up and implementation of internal controls in line with corporate policies and procedures.
* Budget process and interface with FP&A department at HQ.
* Business and strategic Partner to Country Manager and Management Team - strategic planning, direction, advice and counseling.
* Implementation of policies and procedures in line with corporate standards.
* Analysis and interpretation of financial data to provide General Management with information on cost allocation and controls, comparison of results against budget and last year's results.
* Preparation and analysis of financial forecasts (plan, budget, trends) and recommendations for General Management on the financial implications of proposed activities.
* Preparation of actual and forcasted cash flow.
* Preparation and presentation of budget control, trends and analysis.
* Responsibility for inventory aspects (price, physical count, trends, etc.).
* Responsible for preparation and submission of annual tax and financial statements include audit (external and internal).
* Management of timely and accurate standard and special management reports according to corporate financial procedures and local management needs.
* Inter company transactions and reconciliations with sister company in Germany.

Qualification:

* University degree in Business Administration/Economics/ Controlling/Accounting.
* Experience in Finance/Controlling with further experience in Financial Management/Accounting/Audit functions (preferably) predominantly within an international environment.

Skill-Set:

* Knowledge of financial statements and FP&A.
* Experience with local tax and VAT authorities.
* ERP system knowledge.
* Fluent in English and German.
* High-level skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and BI-software.
* Analysing skills, well-organized & Structured.
* Ability to see both: the overall picture and the details.
* Ability to influence and persuade with impact.
* Good communication skills with external/internal interfaces, including ongoing reporting to group HQ.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Knowledge of industry is a plus.
* Knowledge of international accounting standards is a plus.

The gross annual salary for this position starts at EUR 65,000 (full-time basis).
