Purpose of the Position:

As our Junior IT Specialist (m/f) you will play a crucial role in managing the daily IT operations at our production site in Wimpassing (Lower Austria), providing helpdesk support and assisting end users with technical issues. You will work closely with our IT team (local and global) to ensure a smooth and efficient technology service across the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Provide first-level support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
* Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
* Document and track issues and resolutions by using a ticketing system
* Support the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations
* Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives (local and global)
* Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
* Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
* At least 2-3 years experiences in an IT support role
* Good understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software
* Experience with Windows operating systems
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Fluency in German and English

We offer you an attractive gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4,200 (38 hours per week) depending on your qualifications and experience.
