We need you for:

* Supporting the finance manager in controlling and monitoring sales activities with regard to the budget
* Assisting with day-to-day financial controlling and preparation of monthly management reports
* Assisting in day-to-day financial tasks (providing ad hoc financial support and analysis)
* Supporting ongoing accounting tasks, in particular monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Undertaking and supporting various tasks in daily financial management (providing ad hoc financial support and analysis)
* Contributing to procurement initiatives, actively participating in process improvement
* Assisting in the design of work processes and continually optimize them for efficiency

Your profile:

* Bachelors degree or higher in Finance and/or Accounting
* 1-2 years professional experience, preferably in a Big4 company or in consulting with financial focus
* Basic knowledge of accounting and preparing annual financial statements are an advantage
* Excellent command of German and English
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other financial software is advantageous
* Analytical and networked thinking, personal initiative, hands-on mentality
* Motivation to grow in a team with exciting projects and challenges
* Ability to work independently and report to the Finance Manager
* Strong team and communication skills and flexibility

For the cooperation in our team, we offer a payment in line with collective agreement (KV Handwerk und Gewerbe) based on a full-time position.
