Your Responsibilities

* You will develop and implement a Microsoft Dynamics strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the organization
* You will lead a team of Microsoft Dynamics professionals, including developers, consultants and support staff
* You will work closely with stakeholders, including IT teams and external partners, to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions
* You are independent in the conception and implementation of technical solutions in the Microsoft area
* You ensure sustainable and scalable solutions
* You support and establish cooperation and communication with new and existing customers
* You provide customers with solution-oriented advice on problems relating to their IT infrastructure and system applications

Your Skills

* You have several years of management and sales experience, ideally in an agency environment, and are characterized by a confident manner in interaction
* You have experience in project management in software development or IT project management
* You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM, ERP and Power Platform, as well as related technologies such as Azure, Power BI and Microsoft Flow
* You have good analytical skills to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities and develop effective solutions with Microsoft Dynamics
* You have relevant certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Enterprise Administrator Associate or Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
* You have excellent communication skills in German and English

We offer you a salary above minimum wage in keeping with the market. For legal reasons we would like to state that the minimum gross annual salary set by the collective bargaining agreement (KV) is EUR 44.660.
