Our POS (Point-of-Sales) products represent the our Product and the Brand in the perfect way and help us to look like #1 in-store or at any point of consumption. As Product Manager, you are responsible for the development and management throughout the lifecycle of electrified and/or non-electrified POS (Point-of-Sales) products, in cooperation with our colleagues in Trade Marketing and our international suppliers.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

In this role, you will be responsible for creating project-related briefing documentation and managing the entire tender process, culminating in the final supplier decision. You will collaborate with nominated suppliers to develop products that meet defined needs, following a stage-gate process, and you will plan and execute product launches. Ensuring product compliance for targeted markets is crucial, requiring close cooperation with suppliers and our internal Quality Management team to handle certifications and product tests. Additionally, you will plan and manage project budgets related to product development and support local Red Bull entities with co-development projects as needed.

PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

You will oversee the complete lifecycle of products within your category, from market introduction to phase-out. This includes managing product-related documentation and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. Handling quality complaints and executing necessary product improvements are key responsibilities. You will also create and manage products within our Material Governance System, maintaining accurate project-related master data. Approval of shipment audit reports following Product Quality Inspections will be part of your duties, alongside supporting the Global Innovation department with research and feasibility studies.

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

Your role will include supporting the procurement function by identifying supply markets and emerging technologies. You will execute cross-quotations on existing products, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality. This involves a thorough analysis of supply markets to keep our product offerings competitive and up-to-date.

SUSTAINABILITY

A focus on sustainability is essential in this position. You will work on improving existing products and developing new ones with sustainability in mind, considering factors such as product carbon footprint and energy consumption. Your efforts will contribute to Red Bull's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, ensuring that our products not only meet market needs but also adhere to high environmental standards.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

* Degree in business engineering or business administration or specialized qualifications with similar direction.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
* Profound procurement skills and basic contract skills.
* Experience in project and process management.
* Five or more years of professional experience in a comparable role.
* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product development projects, preferably in the environment of POS products.
* Proven experience and results in Sustainability optimization projects.
* Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
* Distinct understanding of structured project managment approach with multiple internal and external interfaces.
* Ability to work in x-functional teams.
* Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization.
* Knowledge of Sustainable Materials, Sustainable Product Development and/or Sustainability in Design.
* Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
* SAP experience desirable.
* Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
