Specialist Digital Marketing (f/m/d)

Join the digital marketing team and manage global digital marketing channels of PALFINGER AG and all our subsidiaries, business units, regions and local markets in achieving a strong brand presence and drive conversions. You have the chance to be the one responsible for managing almost 100% of our paid media budget on a global level ranging in close collaboration with regions ranging from North America to APAC.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* You will be managing the performance of paid search and paid social media campaigns on a global scale and in close cooperation with our regional and local colleagues. Moreover, you'll decide on how to best run these channels, prioritize them according to the best return, work on improvements and share your results.
* You will help develop and optimize the digital customer journey beginning from the digital marketing channels to the landingpages to raise and optimize the conversion rates.
* In this role you'll always keep up with the developments in digital marketing and be the center of knowledge on all topics related to performance marketing.
* You will look for new ways of reaching our target audience and you will have the opportunity to test new channels and ideas.
* You will utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to enhance reporting, monitor events and conversions in order to extract deeper insights. Your tasks will also involve creating, revising, and optimizing reports to measure performance against predefined targets.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (B2B or B2C) and experience with running multilingual campaigns, e-commerce or agency background is a plus
* Demonstrable experience in setting up, leading and managing SEM channels (Google Ads) and paid social media (META, LinkedIn, YouTube,etc.)
* Experience with landingpage optimization and CRO, SEO knowledge and experience a plus
* Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and related reporting tools as well as proficiency in excel
* Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 44.908,22 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
