Job description

In your new role you will support the team on daily tasks and strategic projects. Through this work, you will gain unique business and organizational insight into a leading technology company. Your responsibilities will include the following:

* Supporting, facilitating and documenting projects and team meetings
* Data maintenance on internal platforms and communication management
* Support with small procurement tasks such as purchasing of components or drafting of contracts with external partners
* Support for ongoing activities
* Co-organization of events, conferences and workshops

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months

Profile

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed Master's student from the field of Business Management, Communication Studies, International Management or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
* Understanding of the working methods of funding agencies such as FFG or EU Horizon or a willingness to learn them
* Excellent communication and writing skills in English, German as a plus
* Ideally knowledge in the field of innovation & technology management
* A self-motivated and committed working style and the willingness to work in an international team

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf).
