Project Manager PMO - Standards (f/m/d)

The Project Manager PMO - Standards is supporting to increase the efficiency within the projects through mutually defined, smart, supportive and sustainable processes, methods, tools and manuals.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Create specification documents
* Moderate alignment meetings with the stakeholders
* Create/adapt Word, Excel, Powerpoint templates
* Create/adapt internal, official processes
* Create/adapt internal, official Manuals
* Coordinate/organize/support the maintenance and further development of the project management SW
* Create test plans/reports and/or coordinate external testing
* Give and gather feedback
* Inform proactive about the current status

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

* University degree in a technical or business field
* Excellent knowledge of current project management methods & tools (e.g. PjM-Software)
* Project certifications advantageous (e.g. PMI "PMP")
* Experience in the area of process management
* Strong communicator, facilitator, and moderator (able to build bridges)
* Enjoys working in an intercultural and global team
* Business English is mandatory

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
