We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager with a passion for the iGaming industry to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming market. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our brand's presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

What you will do

* Brand Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity, awareness, and loyalty within the iGaming sector.
* Define brand positioning, value proposition, and key messaging that resonate with our target audience.
* Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape within the iGaming industry.
* Analyse data to inform brand strategies and measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
* Brand Communication:
* Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and offline channels.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
* Product and Promotions Coordination:
* Work closely with product development teams to ensure brand alignment in new game launches and product updates.
* Develop and manage promotional activities, tournaments, and events to drive player engagement and retention.
* Collaboration and Leadership:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, product development, customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
* Lead and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
* Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
* Monitor and analyse the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Prepare regular reports on brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Budget Management:
* Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
* Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Who you are

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in a brand management role previously, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment industry.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools specific to the gaming industry.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and gaming.
