This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities

* Advocacy and Outreach:
* Serve as the public face and advocate for OPC UA FX technology at industry conferences, webinars, workshops, and other events.
* Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the benefits and capabilities of OPC UA FX.
* Community Engagement:
* Build and nurture a robust community of developers, integrators, and users by actively engaging in online forums, social media, and community events.
* Facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and provide support to community members to enhance their experience and success with OPC UA FX.
* Content Creation:
* Produce high-quality technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, tutorials, and documentation, to illustrate best practices and innovative use cases.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials that highlight the advantages of OPC UA FX technology.
* Technical Expertise and Support:
* Provide technical guidance and support to developers and integrators in implementing OPC UA FX solutions.
* Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in OPC UA FX and related technologies to ensure your knowledge remains current and relevant.
* Collaboration and Partnership:
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry organizations, academic institutions, and other key stakeholders to promote the adoption of OPC UA FX.

Qualifications for the role

* A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
* Developing understanding of OPC UA and OPC UA FX standards, IoT, Industry 4.0, protocols, and implementation strategies.
* Demonstrated experience in a technology evangelist, application engineer, sales engineer, or similar role within the industrial automation or technology sector.
* Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
* English is mandatory, German is a plus
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to travel as needed to attend conferences, events, and meetings with stakeholders (20-40 %).
