Job description

In your new role you will s upport of projects, processes, events, meetings and workshops for Infineon Austria Development Center activities and initiatives.

This typically includes tasks such as

* Preparation of meetings, workshops and according administrative activities, tracking of action items, MoM (where appropriate) and consolidation of inputs
* Market research for technologies, regulations, applications and segments and summarization of these for executive debriefing
* Data collection and management with Excel on an advanced level
* Creation of sites and management of internal tools and platforms for information sharing and external/internal communication materials. (e.g, iShare)
* Support and administration of internal events and workshops with virtual tools such as Webex, Slido and others
* Concepts for visualization and slide sets for internal communication, workshops and selected partner communication
* Value proposition visualization and basic art work / visuals for high level messaging with image editing software

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Profile

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Business Administration, Communication or related subjects. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

* Advanced skills in standard tools such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
* Very good skills in social medial communication (typically no content generation)
* Excellent English skills
