Our client is a leading international company with offices in the US, Europe and Asia that provides patented technology to improve fit & performance of shoes and its equipment.
The client is looking for an Account Manager who is responsible for South-West-European countries and contributes to excelling business by driving impactful strategies.

Market Development and Account Manager (f/m/x)

Salzburg / Salzkammergut (Upper Austria)
YOUR FUTURE ROLE

* Extend the safety footwear division and public tender business in four European countries (IT, FR, ESP, PRT)
* Manage the planning processes and track the performance in these markets
* Drive long-term relationship to existing brand partners and build a strong network within the relevant industry
* Work closely with the marketing team on product launches
* Strongly collaborate cross-functional with partners, technical support and prototyping
* Provide know-how of the markets, especially Italy, in order to participate in public relevant tenders
* Perform administrative tasks such as managing the CRM platform (xRM)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience, in a similar environment
* Exposure to and experience working with key stakeholders of purchasing departments, product
development teams or retail
* Competence to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people
* Strong project management skills and self-confident appearance
* Analytical, structured, proactive, and hands-on
* Powerful team player with interpersonal skills and cross-cultural awareness
* Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (advantageous French)
