Role Responsibilities:

* Respond fast to security incidents, be the leader of a security incident investigation and coordinate efforts between various teams
* Improve and expand detection and alerting of security incidents to ensure efficient & effective response
* Contribute to security incident response processes & best practices
* Collaborate with various teams to implement detection use cases and runbooks to properly handle occurring security incidents
* Work together with teams across the company to build and automate security incident handling workflows
* Continuously improve and monitor our security incident detection and response workflows
* Prototype new technologies for security incident detection and response
* Contribute to a 24x7 coverage for security incident response in a global team with a follow the sun model

What will help you succeed

* 4+ years ofexperience in security operations / engineering
* Technical studies related to security engineering or equivalent professional experience
* Experience in analyzing security incidents and threats (especially in hybrid cloud environments)
* Experience in development and software architecture (cloud, Kubernetes) is a plus
* Hands-onteam playerwith great communication skills (even in time critical situations)and an"automate everything" mindset

Compensation and rewards

* We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options withnumerous benefits and advantages.
* Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 56,800 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer ahigher salaryin line with qualifications and experience.
