Brand Manager (m/f/d)

Join our Marketing Team in Vienna! As a Brand Manager, you'll shape the strategic direction and execution of brand strategies.

Position

As the Brand Manager (m/f/d) in the Marketing Department, you will

* Develop marketing strategies and programs based on market analysis and consumer trends.
* Contribute to annual strategic planning, including price strategy recommendations.
* Manage all elements of the marketing mix: product, packaging, communication, and activation programs.
* Set and monitor KPIs for brand programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Plan and manage the brand budget with proper documentation.
* Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Within 6 months you will:

* Participate in strategy creation for our brands
* Become fully responsible for managing one of our brands

Requirements:

* University degree in business administration or equivalent
* 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Brand Management
* Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical organizational, and project management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in English required, German is an advantage
* Proficient in MS Office (advanced PPT & Excel), SAP knowledge is a plus
