Future fields of activity:

* Active support of the IT and IS risk management process: In close collaboration with our safeguarding functions, such as data protection, IT security, process and risk management, and business continuity management, you will continuously manage, monitor, and improve the corresponding processes.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams: You will work with these teams to ensure that IT risks are adequately considered in business processes and projects.
* Organization, coordination, and execution of risk assessments: You will be responsible for planning and conducting risk assessments, tracking the resulting actions, and preparing reports to ensure transparency and traceability regarding IT risks for all stakeholders.
* Continuous improvement of measures and controls: You will further develop risk assessments, gap analyses, and control reviews to meet regulatory and legal requirements, such as EIOPA, VAG, or DORA.
* Maintenance and development of the risk framework: You will regularly update the IT and IS risk framework, including the underlying policies and guidelines, while considering current legal and regulatory requirements.
* Responsibility for risk management tools: You will take on administrative responsibility for our risk management tools, such as ADONIS or IBM OpenPages.

Our requirements:

* Completed degree in information security, risk management, or a comparable field (university or similar)
* Solid professional experience (3+ years), ideally with a focus on (IT) risk management or in the field of information security
* Practical experience with IT risk management frameworks as well as comprehensive knowledge of common standards and legal requirements (e.g., DORA, COBIT, ISO27001)
* Certifications such as CISM or CRISC are an advantage
* Structured, independent, and responsible work style
* Strong communication skills and high level of commitment
* Experience in project management
* Advanced IT skills and MS Office knowledge
* Very good knowledge of German and English (C1)

JOB INFORMATION:

Starting date: immediately I Hours: 38.5 hours per week I Location: ICON Towers - directly at the main train station 1100 Vienna I
Gross annual salary: EUR 70.000,- (willingness to overpay depending on qualifications)
