Education
University degree in accounting, business, finance or economics
Professional Experience
Years of experience: min. 5 years on similar position, in finance department within international industrial company

Sound experience in controlling including operative controlling

Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP R/3 and similar)
Fluent in German and English for handling negotiations

Key Responsibilities
* Financial Leadership and Oversight
* Oversee all group accounts, investments, and financial transactions.
* Ensure reliable financial reporting within the group and to the headquarters in Vienna.
* Support the managing directors in presenting financial reports to shareholders.
* Budgeting and Financial Planning
* Develop and manage the annual budgeting process for the entire group.
* Create financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic objectives.
* Liquidity and Cash Flow Management
* Manage the company's liquidity planning and ensure availability of funds.
* Optimize working capital management to ensure efficient cash flow.
* Risk Management and Compliance
* Identify and assess financial risks across the group and develop mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, and local as well as group auditors to ensure compliance with all regulations.
* Financial Analysis and Reporting
* Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
* Present financial performance and recommendations to the Board and senior management.
* Tax Planning and Compliance
* Lead the group's tax planning strategies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
* Coordinate tax filings and reports in the respective countries.
* Internal Controls and Process Optimization
* Implement and optimize internal control systems and processes for accounting.
* Continuously review and improve accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
* Team Leadership and Development
* Fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment across the finance team within the group.
* Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between finance departments in subsidiaries.
* Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
* Support the financial due diligence process for potential mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
* Provide financial analysis and support during the integration of newly acquired entities.
* External Relations
* Maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to ensure the financial stability of the company.
* Represent the company in negotiations with external partners.
* Coordination and interface management for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements between subsidiaries, tax advisors, and auditors.
Line Manager
* Reporting to: disciplinary and functionally to the Managing Director of AMIC Energy Management GmbH
Travelling
* From time-to-time visiting subsidiaries in different countries (except Ukraine)
