Take your engineering career to the next level and strengthen our team at the Royal Canin plant in Bruck an der Leitha (30 min drive from Vienna) as Project Engineer. In this position you are responsible for the design and installation of engineering projects. What will be your key responsibilities?

* Oversee the design and installation of projects, ensuring they meet safety, security, and environmentally standards
* Manage multiple responsibilities including project execution, functional support, personal development, with a focus on growing in the role
* Actively engage and lead project team members, encouraging proactive performance and ownership of assigned tasks
* Oversee and coordinate the work of external contractors, ensuring effective management and seamless project execution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and all factory departments to ensure smooth integration, efficient project delivery, and aligned objectives
* Ensure delivery of assigned objectives in scope, time, budget, and cash flow

What are we looking for?

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related scientific/technical disciplines, or higher technical education with relevant experience (min. 5 years)
* A minimum of 2+ years in a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong foundation in project engineering
* Strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful project delivery
* Stand-alone and problem-solving skills to tackle complex project challenges
* Proven ability to work effectively within high-performing teams and contribute to a collaborative environment
* Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills to engage and motivate team members and stakeholders
* Fluent English skills and basic German skills are essential
