HR Generalist (f/m/d)

Full-time, Vienna Airport City

To further enhance our HR team, we are looking for a well-versed Human Resources enthusiast: passionate about HR-related topics, eager to carry out daily tasks in your own way and excited to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Your responsibilities include:

* Primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective support in-house and with ext. partners
* Independent navigation of the entire recruiting process (requirements profiles, pre-selection, interviews, hiring etc.)
* Sparring partner for Top Management for in-house, recruiting, and employer branding topics
* Independent management of HR projects throughout the employee lifecycle, including an effective and sustainable On- and Offboarding process (outline of Pre- and Onboarding of new talent)

Continuous development and optimization of employees' Training & Learning programs

Your qualifications:

* Completed education (University, FH, or comparable)
* 3+ years relevant professional experience in a comparable position (ideally with independent HR Project Responsibility)
* Enthusiasm for working in an international and diverse company
* Digital affinity and willingness to familiarize with new tools
* English on professional level
* Motivated, reliable, and proactive personality

Salary:

The min. basic salary for this full-time position is EUR 3,250 gross per month, with the willingness for significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
