Compliance Manager (f/m/x)

Our client, headquartered in Vienna, is an owner-managed pharmaceutical company that strategically acquires prescription-only originator products for medical specialists worldwide. The owners and a team of experienced experts strive to ensure the long-term availability of their products and further develop them to benefit the current and future needs of their patients worldwide.

To strengthen the legal team in the area of compliance, we are looking for a solution-oriented and communicative team player.

Compliance Manager (f/m/x)
YOUR FUTURE ROLE

* Technical expert and contact person for Commercial Operations and Medical Affairs for company-relevant questions related to healthcare compliance
* Implementation and deployment of a group-wide compliance management system
* Conduct of annual compliance risk assessments as well as creation and revision of internal company guidelines
* Perform regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to compliance requirements
* Support in the implementation of a sound ESG reporting environment, including internal and external stakeholder management and data management
* Development of training and communication measures covering compliance topics
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* University degree in law, business ethics, economics, humanities, or of a similar nature
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience & expertise in the areas of compliance, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
* An interest in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
* Structured and solution-oriented work style
* Demonstrated flexibility combined with solid business judgment
* Outstanding communication skills with a profound understanding of business contexts
* Fluent in German and English

Our client offers an annual gross salary of around EUR 75,000 with a clear willingness to overpay depending on specific qualifications and experience.
