Associate People Services & Payroll HQ (f/m/d) from 30h/week to full time
1190 Wien Teilzeit / Vollzeit
As part of the HR team, you will support the end-to-end payroll process for AOP Health HQ, perform HR administrative tasks, and create a high level of employee experience through interaction and self-service for HR and employees.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
* Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks related to staff administration
* Support payroll processing
* Manage travel expenses for Austria in collaboration with the HR Executive Assistant
* Ensure complete and up-to-date employee data is maintained in DPW for HQ employees
* Provide general HR support to employees, answering employees' queries about HR-related issues
* Manage and automate employment paperwork
* Administer leave management, sick leave, vacation and other absences
* Support payroll related settings in DPW
* Prepare payroll related reports and analysis
* Take on special HR projects
Your Qualifications and Experience
* Commercial education (HAK, HBLA, Bachelor)
* First relevant working experience in HR or payroll administration
* Completed or beginning Certified Payroll Specialist training would be an advantage
* Work experience with DPW a plus
* Analytical, numerate and high level of attention to detail
* Friendly and clear communicator
* Independent, solution oriented with a keen-ness to continuously improve our processes
* Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee data
* Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Good written and spoken German and English
