Technical IT Consultant DACH (m/f/x)

Are you an IT Consultant (m/f/x) with experience working with Software Products, preferably with Enterprise Solutions and SaaS? Our client is an international software company known for developing some of the industry's top-rated Customer Communications Management solutions for enterprise and global 500 companies. We are excited to look for a skilled professional to join our Professional Services team in Vienna, Austria to lead exciting implementation projects in DACH. This role is also open to candidates in other locations within Austria and neighboring countries.

Technical IT Consultant DACH (m/f/x)

Your role:

* Analyze customer requirements, design solutions, and manage end-to-end technical projects, implementing individual software-solutions
* Independent implementation of requirements, such as processes, or API integrations, using the various products and tools developed in-house that helped pioneer digitized documentation
* Lead and implement IT projects as part of a Professional Services team of around 12 colleagues covering the DACH region, occasionally traveling to customers on-site for key phases of projects
* Provide remote support to customers on technical issues
* Acting as a reliable partner and go-to contact for clients, as a key-liaison between product and service teams and ensuring delivery and projects are handled accordingly

Your Profile:

* Proven experience in a similar technical consultant role working with software solutions, ideally in the B2B sector and enterprise Software solutions
* Good technical knowledge of software development, architecture, and implementation of software solutions
* Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of XML and similar web-technologies (HTML, XSLT, XQuery, SOAP, etc.), as well as Javascript, Java, web services, and databases
* Experience working with web services such as SOAP, REST and containers for deployment
* Willingness to travel occasionally as needed throughout DACH (c. 15%)
* Business-Level German and English are critical for this role
