Leadership Role Permanent Appointment

Together with the Commercial Management, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company, ensuring the efficient achievement of business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

* Strategic Business Leadership: You will develop and implement short and long-term corporate strategies in coordination with the shareholders and the Management Board of the MERKUR GROUP. You will also be responsible for compliance with legal regulations.
* Product Management and Development: You will be responsible for monitoring and further developing the product line, including the conception and implementation of new product ideas in the area of gaming (online and landbased offers). You will also coordinate with the development and design teams to create innovative and marketable products.
* Financial and Budget Responsibility: In close cooperation with the commercial management, you will be responsible for drawing up, monitoring and adhering to the budget, including cost optimization.
* Marketing and sales: You will oversee market research and competitive analyses to continuously improve the product range.
* Regulatory management and compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal regulations in the area of gaming and maintaining transparent and ethical business operations.

Your qualifications:

* Successfully completed studies in mathematics, game design, computer science, or a related field
* Relevant professional experience in a similar position and several years of leadership experience
* IT affinity, industry knowledge is desirable
* Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Serbian, Polish) are an advantage
* High social competence, confident demeanor, strong communication skills, resilience, and service orientation
