Your Tasks

* Act as a security consultant for local entities, advising on effective mitigation strategies and security best practices
* Provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure, network security, and end-user security solutions tailored to the needs of VIG Group companies
* Collaborate closely with Service Owners and Group Competence Centers (GCCs) to design and enhance Cyber Defense Center (CDC) services and processes
* Take ownership of group-wide security and infrastructure projects, driving them to successful implementation
* Develop, refine, and maintain security processes, guidelines, and documentation to uphold and advance group standard

Your Profile

* Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
* Extensive experience in IT security services, with a strong focus on operational support and implementation
* Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and end-user security.
* Solid understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes
* Experience in the insurance sector or other regulated industries is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills in English; German is advantageous, and knowledge of additional CEE languages is beneficial
* Willingness to travel in CEE-Region (approx. 20%)

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 60,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
