User Experience Assurance (UXA) Operator

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Live Event Success Coordination: Oversee the success of live events on Red Bull TV and ServusTV On, ensuring seamless operation and user experience.

Editorial News Clipping: Capture and clip editorial news content for distribution.

Metadata Distribution: Ensure accurate and timely distribution of metadata across platforms.

Content Automation Monitoring: Monitor and manage content automation processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Basic understanding of digital platforms.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
-
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
-
Familiarity with content management systems and automation tools.
-
Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Skilled in utilizing and operating computers.

A minimum monthly salary of EUR 2,600.00 gross on a full-time basis. However, our salaries are based on the current market level and can be higher than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement if you have the relevant experience and qualifications.
