Head of Quality Management (f/m/d)

In your role as Head of QUALITY MANAGEMENT Product Line Aerial Work Platforms and Special Solutions you will be an essential member of the management team. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Product Line Quality Management of the Corporate Function Process and Quality Management, you will be responsible for the management and progressive development of a highly qualified international team of quality management specialists.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and further develop the international PLQM team, focusing on strategic quality management initiatives and the continuous improvement of products and processes
Actively contribute to the strategic direction and participate in release decisions within the development process of the Global Product Line
Define, optimize, and implement global quality and environmental management processes, while managing the Q-Circle to drive collaborative problem-solving initiatives
Apply advanced quality management tools and methods to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the Product Development Process (PDP) and the entire product lifecycle
Conduct training sessions to increase quality awareness and provide technical support to further develop and improve claim management processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Completed degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience in quality management and solid knowledge of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Experience in leading projects and interdisciplinary teams, with expertise in applying standard quality methods (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
Strong customer orientation and proven experience in handling complaints and problem-solving, paired with good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP), along with an independent and solution-focused approach to work.
Fluent English and willingness to travel (minimum 30%); additional language skills are an advantage.

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.776,98 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
