For this reason we are looking for a RPF Analyst (m/f/d) to join our winning team at the earliest opportunity. Reporting into the RPF Team Lead, you will support the Risk, Payment & Fraud team with the day-to-day analysis of customer registrations, deposits, withdrawals, internal escalations, reports and authenticating KYC documents as well as assisting with any ad-hoc tasks that may be required.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry and a willingness to learn and grow in this role.

Responsibilities:

* As our RPF Analyst (m/f/d) you will process incoming and outgoing customer payments within stipulated SLAs, execute daily reports and perform risk assessment of players at different stages.
* Other tasks in this role involve verifying KYC documents and answering escalated customer support queries with regards to responsible gaming, payments and fraud.
* On top of that you will also perform mandatory checks on customers as per regulations and request necessary documents as needed, in addition to determining potential addictive behaviour and act according to established procedures.
* Nevertheless, you will adhere to corporate wide and team specific policies, procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

* At least one year of experience working in KYC. Proven RPF experience will be considered as an asset.
* Confident working with internal stakeholders from different departments including customer support
* Basic knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, MS Office skills, particularly Excel are an advantage
* Strong attention to detail together with excellent organisational skills and communication skills.
* Good time management skills and the ability to work independently whilst taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.
