How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

* In this role, you will be responsible for the variety of compliance risk assessments, both general and subject matter specific
* You will consolidate existing data and compliance risk assessments to enhance our risk management system by following globally acknowledged standards, regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law
* You will also be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring and reporting obligations
* In addition, you will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems
* You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization
* Providing guidance and advice on risk and compliance issues completes your remit

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

* You have a Bachelor's degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field
* As a Compliance Risk Assessment Expert you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a risk and compliance role, with focus on risk management
* You have got in-depth knowledge of risk and compliance management standards
* You are business fluent in English
* An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 52.700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
