Senior Process Expert Global Service (f/m/d)
As part of the Global Service Team, you will engage with the full range of products and processes within the PALFINGER world and are constantly face new challenges. To master the continuously growing demands of our service processes and systems, we are looking for a competent and reliable person who will strengthen our global service team on the way to the highest service efficiency. We would like to welcome you to join our team as Senior Process Expert - Global Service (f/m/d). In this challenging role, you will not only be responsible for optimizing and standardizing our processes but also for developing new strategies. You will actively contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and cost efficiency while laying the foundation for sustainable growth in service revenues.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analysis, definition, standardization, and documentation of innovative global processes in the area of Digital Sales of Services and Claim Management
* Design and maintenance of engaging process documentation (BPMN) and training materials, as well as conducting process implementation tasks and training for our subsidiaries on-site
* Evaluation and prioritization of various requirements in the service areas and seamless implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
* Coordination and support of our process expert group, as well as close collaboration with the Process Owner and the Senior Process & Data Manager to develop and implement effective process strategies
* Definition and monitoring of essential KPIs to provide valuable insights that contribute to troubleshooting and performance optimization in our service units
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* Completed technical or commercial education (HTL, FH, TU or comparable)
* Experience in service processes - process management experience beneficial, particularly in digital sales of services or claim management
* Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to implement processes and standards
* Personality that thrives in cross-functional teams and diverse cultural settings
* Fluent in English, German is a plus

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
