Manager, Workplace Experience (m/f/x)
As aWorkplace Experience Manager, you will be part of the WPX Leadership team, partnering with People & Culture Leadership to design and shape the WPX vision and strategy. You will be responsible for all 9 Dynatrace offices across Austria (including the expanding Campus in Linz) and inspire and empower the local people leaders and team members through mentorship and coaching. You will co-own topics and projects and drive them towards mission critical goals.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and enable a team of 15+ individuals who handle WPX responsibilities across Austria. Build a future-ready team to enhance and drive WPX throughout the organization
* Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to navigate the team through various change processes
* Collaborate with the relevant department and teams to optimize workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management
* Perform regional headcount planning and evaluate team performance
* Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and collaboration
* Plan and execute clear communication, feedback, and experience sharing and drive cross-team alignment
* Develop WPX programs that contribute to a vibrant and engaging culture together with the WPX Leadership team
* Drive and oversee the implementation of strategically focused and integrated WPX initiatives
* Oversee and plan regional budgets and spendings
* Provide content, ideas, and recommendations on how to best reach the company's diverse employee population
* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, executives, and external partners.

Qualifications
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-regional teams
* Willingness to work on-site min 4 days per week and travel to other Dynatrace locations in Austria when needed
* Proven leadership experience; ideally in an agile, fast-paced work environment
* Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
* Experience partnering with colleagues across the world, providing comprehensive support, including organization development, growth, and change programs.
* Exceptional service orientation and a genuine willingness to exceed expectations

* Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR70,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer ahigher salaryin line with qualifications and experience.
