Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines technical expertise, project management, and a passion for customer experience? As the Operation Manager for the D-A-CH & CEE & NL regions, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our properties run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

* Manage Properties: Oversee the technical and operational aspects of our properties, consult with Resident Managers (RMs), and resolve any issues that arise.
* Plan and Execute: Prepare accurate Refurb & Capex Plans, collaborate with service providers, and implement sustainability strategies.
* Optimize Costs: Negotiate utility and service contracts, and execute strategies to achieve cost goals.
* Ensure Quality: Develop and implement Quality Management measures, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with RMs, Head of Operations, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Your profile

What We're Looking For:

* Experience: 2 to 5 years in operations, preferably in hospitality or retail.
* Skills: Project management, customer relationship management, technical management of multi-tenant properties.
* Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
* Attributes: High precision, data affinity, process improvement mindset, and excellent judgment.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, PMS, and CRS.
* Languages: German (C2), English (C2/C1), additional languages are a plus.

* The monthly gross salary for this full-time position starts at EUR2.956,17. A competitive salary increase is possible based on your qualifications and experience
