We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Production Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Schwechat. In this role, you will be responsible for running tasks in plant management as well as driving continuous improvement of the production unit, focusing on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality challenges. You will be an integral part of our production team, contributing to the optimization and efficiency of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* the continuous improvement of the operating processes as well as of the plant performance (e.g. coordination of test runs including analysis, follow-up and reporting)
* the execution and application of problem solving strategies.
* to provide support for minimizing plant OAE-losses and transition volumes.
* to provide inputs for the update of training materials and special operating procedures.
* to ensure the implementation and tracking of HSE processes.
* the responsibility for root cause analysis as well as for studies and implementation of small modifications.
* to deputize the production manager in case of absence according to the local agreement.

About you

You have completed a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Technical Chemistry, or a relevant technical discipline. It's a bonus if you have already gained your first working experience in a production environment. You are fluent in both German and English, allowing you to navigate smoothly in an international team. Safety is your number one priority, and you actively promote a culture of safety in the workplace. You are excited about working in a technical position and are not afraid to take the lead in projects. You possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse teams and address challenges with innovative solutions.
