As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you take full ownership of the recruitment process, working alongside hiring managers to find the perfect fit.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

* Leading recruitments from crafting job profiles to candidate pre-boarding
* Conducting, managing, and optimizing applicant management processes
* Building and maintaining a talent pool for key positions
* Developing and driving local employer branding initiatives
* Collaborating on exciting People & Culture projects
* Acting as the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders

About you

We're eager to meet you if you've built a solid background in Human Resources, especially with a passion for recruitment. Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors? That's a fantastic plus! Experience in the chemical industry and working in international settings? Another bonus!

We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, starting at EUR60.640 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
