* Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic business partner to the local management team, providing financial insights and analysis to drive business growth and profitability.
* Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with both local (Austrian) and international financial regulations (IFRS/GAAP).
* Systems & Processes: Drive continuous improvements in financial systems and processes. Ensure efficient integration of financial systems across operations, supporting process optimization.
* Stakeholder Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, tax advisors, and auditors, ensuring effective communication and compliance with regulations.

Your profile

* A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) would be a plus.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Finance or Controller role, ideally with experience in B2B industries. Experience in preparing monthly/annual financial statements (IFRS & Local GAAP), tax returns, budgets, and forecasts.
* Experience with ERP systems like MS Dynamics AX2012, Oracle HFM, or similar would be an advantage.
* Strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented, analytical approach to managing complex financial data.
* Fluency in both German and English (written & spoken).

* Global Collaboration: Work alongside an international team of specialists, sharing knowledge and insights from diverse backgrounds.
* Professional Growth Opportunities: Discover excellent chances for career development and skill enhancement.
