Corporate Finance Solutions is part of the Group Corporates division. We offer structured loan solutions and advisory services to our clients beyond standard banking products: leveraged loans (for private equity and corporate clients), project finance (renewable energy and infrastructure), and product neutral advice on financial structures ("Strategic Dialogue").The candidate will be a member of a dynamic and international team of product experts, which originates, structures, and executes (i) loan transactions for non-investment grade middle-market companies in the CEE region across a variety of industries to support leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, re-financings and restructurings, (ii) project finance transactions, and (iii) Strategic Dialogues for Large Corporate clients.

Your Tasks

* You will play an active role in the execution of high profile structured finance transactions: financing of M&A opportunities, project finance across various asset classes from renewables to infrastructure
* Take part in origination efforts vis-a-vis top notch corporate clients including taking part in client meetings and negotiations
* Preparing credit/transaction applications and briefing materials for senior management will be part of your daily routine as well as composing credit/transaction applications (with guidance by superiors)
* You are passionate about sophisticated credit analysis based on a deep understanding of clients' financial statements and cash-flow modelling
* Work in interdisciplinary and multinational transaction teams across different Erste Group geographies, product and coverage units
* You will be monitoring and reviewing existing portfolio assets, composing reports and managing risks

Your Background

* Excellent educational background and a university degree in finance, business, law, mathematics or similar with a study focus on banking & finance or corporate finance
* 0-2 years working experience or internships in corporate banking, investment banking or related advisory, and knowhow in leveraged and/or project finance is a plus;
* Good quantitative capabilities combined with a high willingness and ability to learn quickly with a strong attention to detail
* Very good communication and presentation skills
* English is our working language, fluency in German and/or a CEE language is a plus

* The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 39.500,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
