Your Tasks

* Design improvements and maintain VIG IT shared Databricks platform, ideally using Infrastructure-as-Code principles
* Build and enhance the necessary infrastructure and requirements for monitoring, performance, and other needs within the Microsoft Azure environment
* Support the onboarding process for new services and subsidiaries into the platform
* Troubleshoot and provide consultancy on complex issues within the platform environment

Your Profile

* Completed education (apprenticeship, technical college, university) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* Proven track record in Data Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar role
* Experience in designing, implementing, and managing data platform infrastructure on Azure, with a specific focus on Databricks
* Strong expertise in scripting and automation, with hands-on experience managing a DevOps-based CI/CD landscape and following release management best practices
* Proficiency in API management and Power BI
* Strong communication skills in English; an additional CEE language is an advantage

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 60,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
