We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Legal/Compliance Specialist to join our Division East team at our headquarters in St. Johann in Tirol.

Our requirements

* Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
* 2-3 years of professional experience or relevant internships in similar roles.
* Strong analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills.
* Interest in compliance, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to solving challenges.
* Fluency in English.
Your responsibilities

* Assist with company formations, financing, and process optimization across Central and Eastern Europe.
* Enhance compliance systems and processes, create and implement guidelines, deliver training, and participate in audits in key areas such as Anti-Trust, Anti-Corruption, GDPR, and more.
* Work closely with the Division Director to support strategy development and execution across operating units.
* Offer reliable support, assisting with decision-making processes, coordinating division-wide initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-up on strategic action points.
* Actively monitor the progress of critical projects, ensuring alignment with the division's goals and the EGGER Group's standards.
* Lead and support independent projects to optimize processes in finance, administration, and legal operations at both division and local levels.
* Collaborate on innovative projects aligned with EGGER's digitalization strategy.
