For our location in Gleisdorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Team as Food Service Declaration Specialist. Workspace in Vienna, Raiffeisenplatz 1 also possible. (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

* Label Review: Ensuring all food products are correctly labeled according to legal and customer requirements
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitoring and adhering to national and international food regulations and standards. Support on compliance
* Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining technical data sheets, documentation and reports on product ingredients and nutritional values
* Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with product development, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure all products meet the necessary standards
* Training and Advising: Training employees and advising the company on regulatory and labeling issues

Your profile:

* Completed studies in food science or law
* Several years of relevant professional experience
* Very good knowledge of English

Our offer:

* A full-time job with 38,5 h/week.
* Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR36.450,-- gross per year. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
