Your tasks:
- Management and coordination of the strategic and operational logistics processes of a modern company location
- Management of day-to-day logistics operations (conducting Jour fixed meetings, employee appraisals, team atmosphere, employee development)
- Advising management and exchanging information along the value chain
- Continuous development of possibilities for optimization and continuous improvement of our logistics
- Liaison function to other departments and contact person for internal and external audits
- Participation in cross-departmental projects along the value chain
Your Profile:
- Vocational training as a logistics and forwarding specialist or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a managerial or deputy position in the field of logistics or supply chain management
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Confident handling of IT (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong assertiveness and organizational skills, team spirit and enthusiasm
- Reliable and punctual work ethic with a strong service and customer focus
- Experience in optimizing logistics processes
