Office Management, Front Desk + Executive Assistance (f/m/d)
Your Field of Activity
* Ensure the office runs efficiently & remains a welcoming space for employees and visitors
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
* Coordinate meetings and internal communications
* Be the friendly & professional first point of contact for our clients
* Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and warmth
* Manage meeting room bookings and assist in hospitality services
* Provide high-level administrative support to executive, including scheduling, travel planning, and document preparation
* Assist with correspondence, presentations, and confidential projects
* Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years of experience in the above mentioned, ideally in the field of "Leadership Training & Coaching"
* Excellent communication skills in German & English
* Organized & Proactive- You love keeping things in order and always think two steps ahead
* People-Oriented- You create a welcoming environment and communicate with ease
* Multitasker- You handle multiple responsibilities with grace and efficiency
* Tech-Savvy- You're comfortable with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
* Professional & Discreet- You handle sensitive information with care

Salary
The salary is 2,500 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis).
