Your Tasks

* Support in various training programs for different target groups as well as in the creation of new learning content
* Participation in digital learning formats, learning platforms and community management
* Collaboration in ongoing process optimizations for our customers and within the team
* Support in exciting projects related to personnel development
* Handling daily tasks of the department

Your Background

* Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with an economic focus and an interest in personnel development topics
* Enjoyment of teamwork, showing commitment and resilience as well as characterized by strong communication skills
* Digitally savvy and open to agile working methods, where you can demonstrate creativity, structure and a sense of responsibility
* Quick learner, enjoys trying new things and can complete tasks independently
* Fluency in English and basic knowledge of German

Our Offer

* Exciting and challenging full-time internship (38.5h/week) as of June 2025 for a duration of 6 months
