Bancassurance Partnership Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will manage existing relationships with banks and leasing companies, develop new partnerships, and oversee the execution of our bancassurance strategy.

You will focus on enhancing business growth, partner and customer satisfaction through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in retail banking and/or insurance business, exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.

What to expect:

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual business goals
* Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and project execution
* Oversee partnership performance and ensure alignment with business goals
* Collaborate with local units for business understanding and to facilitate business development
* Support internal key initiatives to strengthen cooperation with bank partners
* Create opportunities for dialogue within internal teams to facilitate exchange and best practice sharing

What we expect:

* A bachelor's degree in business management, or in a related field,
* A minimum of 5 years solid professional experience in a similar role in retail insurance and/or banking
* Understand the main characteristics of insurance products for retail clients
* Demonstrable track record of managing business partnerships, negotiating and closing partnership deals
* Persuasive and clear communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude
* Experienced in presenting in- and outside of the organization
* Excellent organizational skills and a clear demonstration/track record thereof of effective task breakdown, division, and accomplishment.
* Describe yourself as a person who likes to be in the center
* An excellent command of English language
