What to expect:

* Actively contribute to the international strategy by exploring ways of further growth.
* Independently conduct market analyses and drive international M&A projects from initiation to closing.
* Develop, standardize, and monitor M&A processes and collaborate with leadership to shape long-term strategies.
* Review and develop business plans aligned with strategic initiatives.
* Actively contribute to Due Diligence processes and preparing the decision base (incl. valuations).
* Prepare professional decision-making materials for top management.
* This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach.

What we expect:

* Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
* 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in financial industry, consulting, or the M&A sector.
* Experience in an international environment or working with international teams is an advantage.
* Initial experience in performance management or controlling.
* Strong analytical skills, with a structured and solution-oriented working approach.
* Excellent teamwork, high level of commitment, and initiative.
* Proficiency in English.
