Purchasing Controller (m/f/x) Vienna, AT

YOUR TASKS

* Budget Management & Cost Control: monitoring procurement budget, maintaining forecasts etc.
* Purchasing Analysis & Reporting: generating various reports for management, analyzing purchasing trends, proposing corrective actions etc.
* Monitoring suppliers performance and addressing any discrepancies related to pricing, delivery, or quality issues
* Work closely with purchasing, inventory, supply chain and other departments to ensure smooth procurement and delivery operations
* Drive continuous improvements in procurement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness
* Stay updated on market trends, procurement technologies, and best practices to optimize purchasing decisions
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and ethical standards

YOUR PROFILE

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
* Proven experience in purchasing controlling, with a focus on financial controlling
* Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations and cost management
* Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in procurement software, spreadsheets, and financial management tools
* Attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Business fluent in English, German or any other language is an advantage

* We are required by law to state the minimum salary for this position. According to our collective bargaining agreement, this is EUR 3.251,09 (full-time basis). However, the actual salary depends on your qualifications and previous experience and will be agreed upon in a personal interview. With regard to the above-mentioned, we are open to discussing and offering a significant overpayment.
