Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in financial management or accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
