What we expect

Join our collaborative global team for an employer branding internship where you will drive innovative topics and learn from Talent Acquisition experts to shape the future of talent communication! Unleash your potential and make a meaningful impact during this full-time internship.

* Support the rollout of our new global employer branding campaign e.g. organization and execution of photo shoots, interviews with colleagues, internal trainings, collaboration with creative partners
* Content creation for our global HR channels, e.g. video creation and benchmarking, social media posts
* Preparation of global internal employer branding communications, e.g. coordination of articles
* Support with administrative and organizational activities, such as the preparation and follow-up of project team meetings, as well as the creation of presentations and communication templates

Who we are looking for

* Matura and/or studies in fields of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Education, Business Administration or similar
* Good communication skills and interest in social media
* Passionate about working in and with international teams
* Highly engaged and motivated team player with hands-on-mentality
* Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
* Internship duration 6 months

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the Collective Salary and Wage Agreement for interns of the Electrical and Electronics Industry.
