Your tasks

* Execution of ongoing personnel administration (preparation of employment contracts, all supplementary agreements, certificate and documentation management, registration and deregistration)
* Preparation of monthly payrolls as well as intersection to the external payroll accounting system
* Collaboration in the management of the annual salary adjustment rounds as well as calculation of bonus payments.
* Collaboration on current HR-relevant projects and processes around Compensation & Benefits as well as their optimization and enhancement
* Contact person for inquiries regarding labor law or salary issues
* Processing and reporting of prior notices and executions
* Preparation of statistics and reports
* General personnel administration (data maintenance, digital time recording, correspondence, etc.)

What you bring to the table

* University degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
* Several years of experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in the financial sector
* Fluent in both German and English besides Turkish is a plus
* Very good MS-Office skills
* Sound knowledge of labor law
* Independent, proactive and reliable way of working
* Team player, communicative and trustworthy personality with a hands-on mentality
